The Dripping Springs High School HOSA program will sponsor a blood drive on Friday, Dec. 13 from 9 AM-3 PM in the front DSHS parking lot. Participants must be at least 17 years old and 115 pounds to donate. Please eat a full meal and bring a photo ID before donating. All participants will receive a We Are Blood T-shirt. The Dripping Springs Middle School Theatre program will present four performances of "The Wizard of Oz" from Dec. 5-7 in the DSMS cafeteria! Tickets are available at https://bit.ly/4f1R6vv. Performances: Dec. 5 (7:00 PM), Dec. 6 (7:00 PM) and Dec. 7 (2:30 PM & 7:00 PM).

A reminder that DSISD schools and offices will be closed November 25-29 for the Thanksgiving break. Classes will resume Monday, December 2.
The Dripping Springs High School JROTC is partnering with Toys for Tots and the Marine Corps to help raise toys and money for Austin area children! You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at any of the following locations until December 1! Donations can also be made at www.austin-tx.toysfortots.org.

For the third straight year, the Dripping Springs High School Tiger Band earned a top-20 finish at the UIL 6A State Marching Contest in San Antonio! Dripping Springs tied for 17th out of 40 competing bands, earning its highest scores in Music Ensemble (11th) and Visual Ensemble (11th). Congratulations, band!

Congratulations to the Dripping Springs High School BEST Robotics Team, Dripping Logistics, on advancing to the UIL BEST Division State Championships! The team finished second at the area competition on Saturday and won the Judges Choice Award. The state championships will be held Dec. 5-7 at Fair Park in Dallas.
Tiger Football will host Round Rock McNeil in the bi-district playoffs on Friday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Tiger Stadium. Tickets ($9) will go on sale Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. at www.dsisdtx.us/athleticstickets.
